Our plane was delayed, but our driver was able to pick us up pretty soon after we came through customs. What a lovely person, he looked on WhatsApp to recognize me, then gave us a warm welcoming smile and drove us into Paris in a pristine Tesla! Throughout our week here in Paris, we used them for a total of 7 trips and each time was excellent! Booking was very easy and the follow-up communication was prompt and ongoing.  They let us know if we needed to adjust our pick-up times to work with traffic patterns and even for a taxi strike that was happening, which was blocking roads, etc. They were always prompt in their pick-up and early and waiting when picking us up from airports or train stations.  The drivers were great drivers- we always felt safe in their care.  The drivers were also very professional and friendly and provided us with water and sometimes other snacks.  I would definitely recommend using this service over taxi or ride share companies!!
