2. BOOKING TERMS

Booking Conditions

1. Reservation & Cancellation

• Booking is confirmed via online form, email or WhatsApp.
• Cancellation is free of charge up to 12 hours before pick-up time.
• After this deadline, the ride is fully chargeable.
• Changes must be requested in advance and are subject to approval.

. Flight Tracking & Waiting Time

• We track flights in real time.
• Up to 1 hour of free waiting is included at airports.
• For hotels/train stations: 15 min of free waiting is included.
• After this, and without client confirmation to pay the surcharge, the service is considered a no-show and is fully chargeable.

. No-Show Policy

A no-show is defined as:

• No contact or confirmation after 1h15 after real arrival time at the airport
• No presence or response after 15 minutes at hotel/train station
  In this case, the driver may leave. The ride is charged in full.
  If the client confirms willingness to pay the waiting fee, the ride can proceed.

LUGGAGE POLICY

Standard Conditions:

• Max. 3 suitcases per booking
• Up to 4 suitcases if the dimensions allow (see below)
• 1 small accessory per passenger (backpack, handbag)

Reference dimensions:

• Cabin-size suitcase: 115 cm max (sum of L+W+H)
• Large suitcase: 155 cm max (sum of L+W+H)

Client Responsibility:

• It is the client’s responsibility to verify that their luggage fits in the selected vehicle.
• In case of overload or non-compliance, the driver may refuse the transfer.
• No refund or replacement vehicle is guaranteed.
• If available, a vehicle upgrade may be proposed at an additional cost.

AGENCY BOOKINGS – CONFORT CATEGORY

For agency bookings using the “Confort” vehicle range:

• Up to 4 passengers + 4 suitcases
• Same dimension rules and client responsibility apply

Baby Seats & Extra Stops

• Baby seat or booster available free of charge upon request during booking
• Last-minute requests cannot be guaranteed
• Additional stops not planned in advance will result in a supplement, to be paid to the driver (cash or card)

Résumé en français :

Annulation gratuite jusqu’à 4h avant. 1h d’attente gratuite à l’aéroport. No-show facturé si pas de réponse. 3 valises max (ou 4 si dimensions OK). Client responsable. Siège bébé gratuit sur demande.
